We do not do same day adoptions: We verify that your landlord allows rabbits, or that you own your own home, or that your condo allows animals. We may do a home visit, if you've never had rabbits, to help you to bunny proof. The rabbits house must be no less than 8 sq. ft.
We only do adoptions within the Seattle and Puget Sound area. Companions rabbits must live inside in order to be part of the family. If interested in a particular animal, you must come in to the shelter to meet one another.
We do NOT accept rabbits from the public. We work only with public shelters that must euthanize when they are too full. Please do not call or e-mail asking us to take your rabbit or a rabbit you've found. The Animal Control Agency who covers the city/county you live in will take your unwanted animals.

Tess + Pete & Pat
Tess is a social, loveable, adorable, friendly girl. She was born appx. Jan. 2006
Pete (who has regular hair) & Pat (who has a very soft fine coat) were born on 2-19-07 at Everett Animal Control.
They are friendly, sociable rabbits who have been at our shelter since Feb. 2007. White bunnies with ruby colored eyes are the absolute best! Do you have a home for all three?

Emma & Bungie Jr.
Emma(f) and Bungie Jr (m) are siblings born on July 14, 2005. They are a bonded pair who'd were returned when humans tired of them. They like attention, need to be brushed and will entertain you for hours. Both are spayed/neutered and ready for their permanent home.

LilBear
LilBear is cute as a button and shy as that missing sock. With a little patience, LilBear will become a nice companion for someone who can spend daily time, petting and brushing.

Acorn
Acorn is quite the talker. When you rub her cheeks/jaw she tells you rather loudly that she really likes that. When she arrived she was not spayed and would lunge and growl. Now that she's spayed she will growl occasionally, but the lunging has gone.
Because she'll bite at your clothes if you stop petting, she might be best in an adult or older child home.
She'll definitely want to live in the family room, or the center of the house, otherwise her snoring may keep you awake.

Phoebe
Phoebe's a well traveled rabbit who came from New Mexico in July 2009. She was born appx. March 2009.
Phoebe is a very intelligent rabbit who may challenge you for top bun position. Phoebe would be a great companion to you and to your male rabbit.

Josie
Josie's a lovely girl with a beautiful coat, born appx Feb 2010. She wants lots of love, pets and attention, so you'll have to have time to spend with her. She would really appreciate a boy bunny to dote on her and that might give her some of the attention she demands.

Tiny & Tim
Tiny (female,right) & Tim (male, left) were born in Sept. 2010. Owner surrendered them because they were just too "messy." Unaltered baby rabbits are always very messy. Now that they are both spayed/neutered they are quite tidy in their home. They have luxurious, soft coats. We recommend they be given a hair cut about every 2 months to prevent matting. Visit them and our other critters at our Redmond shelter.

Jumpin Jack & Popcorn
These two fuzzy bunnies were born in May 2010. As most "Lionhead" bunnies, they are a bit shy until they get to know you. Aren't they absolutely adorable!
Visit them at our Redmond Shelter any weekend between noon - 5 pm.

Jasmine, June, Jason & Josylynn
Jason, the boy is neutered and is the lightest brown in color. His sisters live with him and will be spayed soon. They are all very social and enjoy attention.
The lower photo shows them at 3 weeks old. (Gray & white boy, Juniper has been adopted.) Born 6-6-11 ... boy do they grow fast!
They currently live at our Seattle store, where you can meet them. Adoption fee $70 or $120/pair.
(The girls will be spayed before they go to their new home.)

Blinky & Holly
Blinky is the neutered, up-eared bunny born 2/14/11. He's got big eyes and is very healthy. He acts a bit anxious when he first meets you, but has tons of personality.
Holly is Binky's best bud. She's a small lop with only one eye. She's been to see the doctor at the Seattle Eye Clinic, where she was given a clean bill of health. Although she and her owner used to be homeless and lived in a car for several months, Holly is laid back, sweet bunny. She was born in 2008.
